JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

General Summary

Junior Account Manager is responsible for representing HOTBOX and promoting our products to our existing customers. Additionally, you will actively engage in sales activities to generate revenue and drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

 

   - Serve as the primary point of contact between HOTBOX and its clients.

   - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

   - Understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

   - Regularly communicate with clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling or  cross-selling opportunities.

   - Provide in-store services -event demos, budtender trainings, and PADs

   - Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

 

Brand Strategy Development:

 

   - Collaborate with clients to develop effective brand strategies aligned with their business goals.

   - Audits HOTBOX’ assets to ensure all marketing collateral is available to team members and customers

   - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities.

   - Analyze consumer insights and market trends to enhance brand relevance and competitiveness.

   - Implement brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and brand identity elements.

   - Provide recommendations for brand campaigns, promotions, and activations.

 

Project Management and Execution:

 

   - Help to oversee the execution of brand initiatives and campaigns.

    - Participates in events, obtains video and photo content to post on social media

   - Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful project success and success implementation.

   - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

   - Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of HOTBOX initiatives and gather insights for future improvement.






 

 Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

 

   - Know and monitor  key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure HOTBOX performance.

   - Monitor HOTBOX  performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to Account Executive and Leadership Team

   - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

   - Present performance reports and insights to clients, offering actionable recommendations.

 

Brand Compliance and Consistency:

 

   - Ensure brand compliance across all client touchpoints and communication channels.

   - Review marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and brand assets for consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

   - Provide guidance and training to internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.

   - Conduct brand audits and assessments to identify potential risks or issues.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications

 

- Proven experience in both brand ambassador and sales roles is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and represent the brand.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor analysis.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

- Flexibility to travel and work during evenings or weekends, as required.

- Will be driving to designated retail locations daily

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory restock, and store merchandising.
  • Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary store related items.
  • Ability to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including back stockroom, employee lunchroom, restrooms.
  • Ability to safely lift boxes up to 55 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.

Expected hours of work

  • This is a full-time position. 
  • Open availability is a MUST.
  • Weekend, nights and holidays are expected to be worked. 
  • Regularly travel a certain distance from your place of residence to your place of work.  
  • Schedules are not set and subject to change.

Customer Service

 
  • Ensure excellent experience for every account by providing unmatched customer service,  demonstrating professionalism in words, actions and all visual presentations followed by personal appearance.
  • Demonstrate and share solid product knowledge in order to  accommodate all HOTBOX customers 
  • Promote and monitor quality service among co-workers of every account through training and acting as a positive  role model.
  • Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions and concerns.
